We all had those times when we do bad habits and maybe, some of you still do now. A thought to stop your bad habits might have crossed your mind. But you turn it down even before you try because you are already accustomed to those habits since you do them daily and you think it’s going to be hard to stop now.
There are 7 easy tips to stop your bad habits that you can start to apply. These 7 easy tips to stop your bad habits are good to help you throw them away from your life.

1.       Start small
Stopping bad habits is not an easy thing to do. You can't just drop all your bad habits in one go. Tackle one bad habit at a time is a more efficient way to stop the bad habits.

2.       Compensate
It can be hard to stop habits that you've been getting used to for a long time. Thus, substituting one bad habit to a new positive habit can compensate whatever things that you lose.

3.       Think of the benefits
Along the way, keep reminding yourself the benefits that you can get. They play as a great motivation to keep you going.
