Stamina prevents you from getting tired easily. The greater stamina you have, the longer you can hold yourself to do the many activities you have on your plate. With a good stamina, you will feel energized to carry out many things. You will get more strength to endure an activity for a longer period. 1.       Have a healthy and balanced diet
