People with good stamina are prone to suffer from less injuries, soreness, and backaches than those who don’t. When you have a great stamina, you won’t get exhausted easily as well. 1.       Jogging
Jogging can be done every morning before you start your day or maybe in the afternoon after you finish. Jogging is easy and you only need to prepare suitable shoes to run. You can go around your neighborhood and greet people on your way as well.
