Sometimes we are required to work in a team and the people we work with definitely have different characteristics. Some can be pretty fast at work, and the others are slower. Having differing opinions regarding a certain issue is not a rare experience as well.

You need to remember that you’re working in a team. The focal point is team work not individual. No matter what happens, the team has to maintain their work as a team.
