Working is way easier in an environment that actually supports workers to work on their responsibilities well. A workplace which is in a good atmosphere enhances encouragement for workers to do more in what they’re doing. A positive job environment can be achieved by having certain cultures at work. At the very least, 5 workplace cultures to create positive job environment are needed to be applied. Those 5 workplace cultures to create positive job environment are:
1.       Greetings
Greeting can be a simple action but it makes a lot of difference. Greeting workers not only in the morning but each time they meet each other in the office maintains the friendliness in the office environment.

2.       Communicate well
Be open and accessible to each other is another key of a positive work environment. Giving others’ complaints a listen, providing solutions, and offering helps improve the ease of interacting with each other. A workplace environment in which the workers like to help each other out creates a more integrated unity of the people in it.

3.       Throw high and mighty attitude away
Workers need to realize that they aren't everything. They don't just know everything so it's better to acknowledge one's lacking. That way, they keep being humble about things and it won't cause any dispute and will maintain everything in a positive energy.
4.       Give feedback
Everyone needs feedback to make improvement. Workplace that regularly offers feedback be it positive or negative, gives constructive criticisms, can boost its positive aura of an office. Giving appreciation and praise to workers that have accomplished a good project can make them feel more eager to work.

5.       Stay clean
Implementing a habit of keeping the office clean can enhance the positive atmosphere in the workplace. Reminding each other about the cleanliness around them can encourage the habit to be applied more. With a clean workplace, workers can work better as it provides refreshment for the mind.
