Sometimes you suddenly feel really hungry before your bed time but you already had your dinner. You wonder if it's okay to indulge your appetite and spoil your stomach again because if you don't, you will have difficulty to sleep with an empty tummy.

5.       Low-fat milk
Tryptophan can also be found in milk. Drinking a glass of warm milk can help promote sleep. However, you need to take the low-fat milk instead of the high-fat one.
